ENTER OCHO CINCO
ProFootballTalk.com —
We first reported a couple of weeks ago that Bengals receiver Chad Johnson had filed paperwork aimed at legally changing his name to Chad Ocho Cinco. According to our friends at 790 The Ticket in Miami, it’s now official . Chad Johnson is Chad Ocho Cinco. But if that’s the case, his team has yet to get the memo. There’s still a Chad Johnson on the roster — and no one named Ocho Cinco (or, as some might prefer, Asso Holo).
Chad Johnson Now Legally ‘Ocho Cinco’
Every Morning Quarterback —
... I don’t think anyone accused Chad of being dumb (even though he doesn’t know what team he’s playing on opening weekend). I mean, I don’t find him to be all that bright. I just think of him as more of an obnoxious, attention-craving, glory hog. He’s a good receiver. He’s just really unusual. So when he plays this season with “Ocho Cinco” on the back of his jersey, we’ll all be very impressed and entertained. Yawn.
