From what I understand, the Italian club is set to agree and that the ultimate decision comes down to the Brazilian and whether or not he wants to make the move. It can't be about the money. There's so damn much of it! One story out there says Man City boss Mark Hughes has already come up with a special 4-1-4-1 formation to accommodate him.
