Q: How do you feel about Chris Kaman as a German Olympian?
Ball Don't Lie — A lot of people have criticized Chris Kaman for deciding to ball with Germany this summer in Beijing. Take, for example, Bill Simonson: "He may be no traitor, but to fly the flag of a country you have never been to on one of the biggest sports stages in the world is wrong." Kaman, whose great-grandparents were born in Deutschland, hence the loophole, says phooey: "I play basketball, and I'm getting this chance to be part of the Olympics. It's about the basketball for me, not politics, not anything else. I was going to play basketball this summer, and this seems like a great way to do it." What do you think? Is it wrong?
