... ! SbB's official adopted football team this season is our beloved Kansas Jayhawks. Like you, we can barely contain ourselves over a team that has barreled out of the gate at 4-0 ( never mind that those four opponents have combined for a 3-14 record). Well, we've got a really, really big one coming up this Saturday. But we're feeling good about the game, especially with that heart-attack-with-a-headset, Jayhawks coach Mark Mangino, larded loaded for bear against the dreaded K-State PowerCats™. Mangino is one of two reasons we've so taken such a liking to (Middle) America's team. The other reason, of course, is "Baby Jay": Baby Jay is one of the two official KU mascots, and has always been a mystery to us.
