Kansas State's Michael Beasley Is A Better College Player Than Kevin Durant Was Links5
Last year I pretty much watched every Texas basketball game I could, even though I don't really care that much about college basketball until tournament time starts. The reason why I watched was simple: Kevin Durant. This year, I'm back to my old ways. Sort of randomly checking out games every now and then, but not really following an specific player. [link]

STF Conference Reports: The Big 12
Published 2/15/2008 by Eric (Extra P.) at Storming the Floor
Whew. I think I have roughly two weeks worth of action to catch up on here. I can't really blame it on work, school, or family, though I certainly paid attention to each of those aspects of my life this past week. No, I really think the primary culprit in my failure to update is this nefarious multi-symptom flu that has tried very diligently to expel my lung tissue from my thorax over the past week and a half. It's on the wane, so let's talk B12 hoops. Team of the Week: Texas. Any time you can take down Kansas it's a good week. The Longhorns needed OT to beat a weak Iowa State squad, and in general seem to be a bit shakier than expected, but the ...

A Night At The Roxbury, Stanford-Style [College Basketball Closer]
Published 2/18/2008 by Leitch at Deadspin
I've had a couple of chances to watch Stanford play this past week, as they picked up a split on their road trip through the cactus fields of Arizona. You may know that the Cardinal often put a pair of twins on the court who go by the names Brook and Robin Lopez. When the two seven-footers are on the court together, they wreak havoc on opposing big men. It struck me as comical every time some poor guy would get caught between the brothers, swiveling his head and trying to figure out which guy was going to end up with the ball - the mop-top or the suede-head. In fact, it kind of reminded me of the above video. The third guy in the video is ...
