Jevon Kearse, who’s set to begin his second go-around with the Titans this season, was arrested today for DUI in Nashville. From titansradio.com:
The officer who pulled the Titan over said Kearse exhibited slurred speech, red eyes, and smelled of alcohol. He reportedly refused a breath test.

It is Kearse's first offense, regardless not something I would think someone that wanted to restart their career would want attached to them.
