Bills tight end Kevin Everett went from near-death paralysis to successful surgery to voluntary movement in his arms to... flailing around in a wheelchair? What's next, is he gonna fly out of the hospital ? Live news fuck-ups are my favorite fuck-ups. [ Food Court Lunch , Barstool Sports ]

What's the Worst Sports Media Moment of the Year?
The Sporting Blog —
By Chris Mottram
SI's Richard Deitsch has put together his list of the top 10 most memorable sports media moments of the past year. It's a respectable list, and if I had to choose from his, I'd go with Mike Patrick pondering the current state of Britney Spears' personal life.

“Kevin Everett” Does Not Appreciate Law Enforcement
Sportable.com —
It’s been months since this video surfaced on YouTube and various blogs, but I just caught wind of it from Sonny. I’m a big fan of technical errors during broadcasts, so this video is an incredible find for me. The following is a local news station supposedly discussing Kevin Everett’s recovery. Instead, the clip shown is of a large black man (not Everett) riding into a courtroom in a wheelchair and kicking a cop. The tension that follows is, of course, incredible. ...

legendofcecilioguante.com 9/28/2007 — "Kevin knows that he's a part of this team and everybody else on the team knows it, too," Jauron said last week. "It's the way it is and the way it'll be. It definitely serves a purpose to keep him right in front of us in that locker room. And we'll keep it that way."
Nothing like a man who keeps to his word. A week after assertively uttering the words above, the Buffalo Bills cleaned out...
Should the Buffalo Bills Get in on the Bill Cowher Sweepstakes?
sports.aol.com 9/28/2007 — NFL Coaching I guess the 0-3 start and the roster full of injuries has the natives restless in Buffalo. Or the Democrat and Chronicle 's Bob Matthews, anyway. Apparently, Matthews (along with scores of Bills fans, no doubt) doesn't think Dick Jauron is the guy to turn things around for this once-proud franchise. Don' worry, though: he's got some

teninches.blogspot.com 9/28/2007 — Huge thanks to FanIQ for linking back to my Kevin Everett story from yesterday, but this video takes the cake...which continues to be an analogy that I really do not get. Who the hell wants to take a cake of all things? Anyways... Yea, well done there News 12. Doctors believe that that's the wrong video...
Fortunately, This Is Not Kevin Everett
sports.aol.com 9/28/2007 — Filed under: Bills , NFL Video , Buffalo I saw this video at Pro Football Talk and had basically the same reaction: It's funny, but is it appropriate to laugh? Given that the guy in the video didn't appear to be hurt, and given that Bills tight ...
