Okay, so it wasn't UFC heavyweight champion(?) Randy, sorry, but it was the next best thing! Kim Couture, his wife, fought in her professional MMA debut defeating Jessica Cruz with a third round TKO at a Full Contact Fighting Federation event at the Roseland Theater in Portland. In this fight, Kim shows a really nice jab and looks like she might have a real future in the fight game. Of course, she's be no match for my future wife , but who is?
