Outside the Boxscore — ... a pre-season game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Denver Nuggets, Lakers Phil Jackson was chilling in his zen-like state. Then Lakers guard Derek Fisher decided to ask for a fist-bump which Phil gave him. A few seconds later, Kobe Bryant passed by Phil and Phil outstretched his hand for the fist bump.
