Jerry Angelo says the Chicago Bears have confidence and believe in starter Kyle Orton, but need to provide him with competition for the position. Does this really sound like they believe in Orton? Maybe quarterback isn't the main problem anymore, maybe the Bears need to add a Pro Bowl receiver.
