Landon won by a slight margin over Jozy Altidore (39 to 36 percent).
This was one of the best weeks for goals in MLS, and there was a great competition. All of the five nominees were great.
The winning goal was his first one against the Houston Dynamo on Saturday night. David Beckham had the assist on that one, too.
