I like LaVar's take on all of this.  There is not question he was taken for granted and his career suffered afterwards.  Dan, like anyone knows, is a complete joke of an owner but as a loyal skins fan, I love the players not management.

LAVAR ARRINGTON CALLS JOE GIBBS “A COWARD”
ProFootballTalk.com — ... per the Washington Times . “You came in, you made some money for your NASCAR team. No one else is going to say that. I’m sure more people thought I was a [jerk] for saying that. Joe wouldn’t call me because he knows. There are a lot of people who know the truth about what went down with me and the Redskins.” Arrington is now the owner of a sports-themed restaurant that tries to attract Redskins fans, and as Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post notes, a lot of those Redskins fans probably won’t be too happy to hear that Arrington is calling Gibbs a coward.

Stet Sports Blog — ... , deflating their credibility is priority number one. Steinz has some insight on his burning love for Daniel Snyder and Joe Gibbs. And keep in mind, burning love is a liberal translation for a want to go upside their heads on sight.“I think Dan Snyder is scared to death of me,” Arrington said. “He won’t look at me. I tried to shake his hand at that luncheon. He shook my hand and was like, ‘How you doing, LaVar?’ and kept moving. I’m probably the only person that’s ever stood up to him and never backed down.
