PensBurgh — ... "Contusion" - that's the word the Penguins' official site used.  I opt to just say "bruised shoulder."  For some reason whenever you break it down into simpler terms it doesn't sound nearly as serious.  Kinda like how the term "tendinitis" is basically just a sore joint. ...
