NFL Police Blotter Bears linebacker Lance Briggs has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident after crashing his Lamborghini at 3 a.m. today and leaving it at the side of the road without calling the police , a tow truck or anyone else. There's been quite a bit of speculation today about what was going on that would lead Briggs to act that way
