Al's Ramblings — ATL may explore trading Derek Lowe. I always giggle when teams that give too much money and too many years to a player and try to cut bait after a single season. Lowe's a fine pitcher, but he's overpaid and old, and of course, coming off a subpar campaign. Doug will look all over for arms, but even if the Braves took Suppan, Lowe would still be owed $33M more than that...wow. ...
