Either Clemens was having an awful lot of fun outside his marriage or, as Mike Lupica writes in the same newspaper, he was running a "mentoring program he started up in karaoke bars for promising teenage singers." That's possible, I suppose, but it seems an odd sideline for a pro pitcher, especially one that's held himself up as a paragon of virtue unfairly smeared by an ever-growing number of people. ...
