Doc Rivers, the coach of the team with the NBA’s best record, has officially been named coach of the Eastern Conference All-Stars for the Feb. 17 NBA All-Star Game. Rivers earned the nod by defeating the New York Knicks yesterday afternoon. With the win he clinched Eastern Conference’s best winning percentage through NBA games played on February 3.
