Rivera could accept 3/45 deal sometime next week | | | Come on, Mo. No team is going to give you the 4 years you want, not even the Yankees. So it would be in your best interest to take the deal offered to you, sign it and then we can all get on with the off-season. We're all waiting with bated breath the AL MVP announcement and hopefully along with that, the final word on Alex's contract situation. Apparently all that's left is Alex's John Hancock. Is it just me or is the off-season not looking so sh!tty anymore? ...

Rivera was also said to still be angry at the Yankees lack of an offer during spring training.
