YanksBlog.com — Larry LaRue of Washington newspaper The News Tribune reports that the Yankees are one of several teams interested in free agent outfielder Raul Ibanez. Ibanez turned down salary arbitration offered by the Mariners and, as a Type A free agent, would cost the Yankees a draft pick if signed. LaRue notes that he earned $5.5 million last year and is looking for a multi-year deal. He'll be 36 in June.
