Mark Cuban Charged with Insider Trading by SEC
The SEC has charged Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban with insider trading. No that is not a sports term. It is a serious charge that could lead to Cuban going to prison ala Martha Stewart. Cuban allegedly used insider info to sell a stock that dropped heavily the following day.
