Marshawn Lynch is a man of many words
Guyism » humor —
... Now, don’t get me wrong…I love Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch. Even though he “attended class” at USC archrival Cal-Berkley, he’s been a major part of my fantasy team’s success this year. And, on the plus side, we have another common thread (other than our love of posing in front of barbed wire)…we’re both bloggers! ...

... Tebow wears Crocs! Just as “Florida wears jean shorts” wears thin, another Gator faux pas arises. Note: Moorman also wears Crocs.
Bob Knight caught on camera. You probably saw this on SportsCenter, but Dallas Morning News has the full video. “Move down!”
Rudy Guliani gets stuck for wearing a Sox hat. Ah, presidential YouTube debates and their hi jinx. Watch the clip, then take a shower.

Donovan McNabb, Marshawn Lynch, and Hooters
Shutdown Corner —
My first official Super Bowl event came yesterday at this
exclusive little club called "Hooters." I'm not sure
why they call it that. I think they serve owl, and the place is
so exclusive because a lot of owls are endangered, including the Common
(guess not) Barn Owl ...
Bills’ Lynch featured at Super Bowl party
Buffalo Bills —
Some of you may remember me posting a link to Marshawn Lynch’s blog over at Yardbarker earlier in the season.
Well Yardbarker hosted a Super Bowl party Tuesday, and MJD from Yahoo! Sports did a story on it.
The players featured at the event were Donovan McNabb and Marshawn. It was a decent write-up about the party, but what I found most interesting and relevant were MJD’s thoughts on Lynch.
We’ve learned a bit about him from his Yarkbarker blog, press conferences, his feature with Kenny Mayne and the game he was mic’d up for. He just seems like a fun guy to ...
Marshawn Lynch Can Never Be Accused Of Not Keeping Things Real [Glug Life]
Deadspin —
Marshawn Lynch has had a tough off-season, with that whole hit-and-run allegation hanging over his head, it's surprising he's yet to give some of his fans the updates on his Yardbarker blog. (Possible working titles: "Gettin' Ready 4 'Da Clink", "WASSUP WIT DAT LADY RUNNIN' INTO MA' WHIP"). For right now, though, we turn our attention to the latest incident to increase his shadiness factor — booze smuggling in da club. According to the Buffalo News, Lynch's legal problems extend beyond the hit-and-run incident: But some police officers in Buffalo and Hamburg are not ...
Bills 34, Seahawks 10: Buffalo Soldiers, Beast Mode and a Rusty Hawk
FanHouse —
Filed under: Bills, Seahawks, AFC East, NFC West The outcome of this game should not come as a huge surprise. The Bills were better than their record last year, have an offense on the rise, and the Seahawks offensive unit is currently best classified as "in shambles". Okay, perhaps that's a bit strong -- there are plenty of signs that Seattle will end up being alright this season. Such as: Matt Hasselbeck's second half performance, the Bills scoring two touchdowns on special teams, Nate Burleson didn't even play in the second half and, um, the rushing game gained ...

Pay Homage To Gamblor: Week 8
RealClearSports - Blog —
To no one’s surprise, the NFL continues to surprise, and last week was my worst performance of the season since Week 1. What did we see in Week 7? We saw a Colts team everyone thought was finally coming into form show that they should not longer be considered among the NFL elite. We saw the Rams move to 2-0 under Jim Haslett, which could be the worst indictment of Scott Linehan’s coaching ability ever. We saw that the Broncos from the first three weeks of the season have disappeared, and even if they did have their explosive offense, they would need to score about 74 points per game to make up for their putrid defense. We saw ...

10 Reasons Why the Chiefs Don’t Quite Suck as Much as the Bills Do:
10. Ralph Wilson, bless his soul, has outlived Lamar Hunt, bless his soul. The way these two teams have been playing, I’m not sure that’s a good thing.
9. Speaking of Ralphie Boy, he used to own the Lions. We all have our skeletons, Ralph. The experience wasn’t all bad, however, as Wilson made millions after inventing the paper bag.
8. You guys actually had a Doug Flutie-Rob Johnson era? Maybe ...
Beast Mode Is Heading To The Pro Bowl
The Play In California —
Congratulations to Marshawn Lynch for making to the Pro Bowl. Marshawn has rushed for over 1000 yards this year while battling injuries throughout the season. More impressively, he made the Bills actually look good at the beginning of the season, a feat that defies the logic of most men. He is making his first trip to the Pro Bowl this year after Chris Johnson had to sit out due to injury. And when the NFL says “injury” what they really mean is Lendale White ate him. To all the fat people who are offended because they are being compared to Lendale White, I am truly sorry. Marshawn Lynch has ...

Marshawn Lynch has already earned himself an honorary passport to the Republic of People Everyone Should Think Are Totally Awesome Forever with an impressive resume of oddball accomplishments: his MarioKart victory celebration from his time at Cal, Beast Mode, his sporadically updated and even more sporadically punctuated blog at Yardbarker ... he's a five-tool player in the world of ROCK, and we're not even taking his professional accomplishments into account here.

I’m going to touch on a subject that I’ve never discussed here. Many of my friends and relatives know my feelings about this guy, and now I’m going to bring it to the forefront. Just a warning: It has nothing to do with the Broncos.
With T.O. heading to Buffalo, and all the attention thrown his way, Marshawn Lynch isn’t getting as much love/hate. Lynch is an idiot. Many would fail to disagree. The dude was most recently arrested for having a concealed weapon in his car, and last week he plead guilty to the charge. I’m going to bring a ...
