Islanders GM Garth Snow apparently has seven candidates lined up to replace Ted Nolan behind the bench, a cast that Newsday's Greg Logan did a nice job running through on Sunday morning. It's probably worth noting that three of these fellows coached teams that finished lower than the 26th-place Islanders last season, and Gerard Gallant was an assistant on Nolan's dysfunctional crew. ...
