McNamee Claims to Have Physical Evidence Against Clemens
Brian McNamee handed over vials, syringes, and gauze pads to federal investigators, claiming he now has tangible evidence that Roger Clemens took steroids and HGH. Sources told ESPN that the evidence was delivered sometime in early January. The samples are said to have Clemens blood and traces of the illegal substances.
