Thursday night we saw four NBA powerhouses square off to see how they measured up against a playoff-bound peer. In the first part, ETB looks at how the game unfolded between the Celtics and Mavs.

    Measure this--the Boston Celtics are right now, the best team far and away in the NBA.    The Mavs are soft, and going down in the first round again.

    I agree with you about the Mavericks---a lot of it is going to depend on who they draw, but I have a feeling they'll be one and done, again.

    As for the Celtics, they're playing at an incredibly high level. Here's the thing with them though--they're likely going to have to go through Cleveland AND Detroit to get to the NBA Finals. That's not going to be easy.
