Ho-hum, another day of spring training yesterday. Oh, it wasn't? The suspension of Shelley Duncan was somewhat expected, but what's with Melky? Melky claims he's innocent and that he'll appeal his suspension ; if he does, we would think it would be reduced in the end. Anyway, as you probably know by now, Duncan and Melky ...

People who know me and people I’ve played with know how I play, and they’re going to understand that.” The appeal will most likely be held before the season starts, so Duncan would still miss regular season time even if the suspension is lowered. Melky Cabrera will most likely appeal as well.
