Melvin Mora Bounces It Atop the Foul Pole
Solid win for the O’s last night : Guthrie actually got some run support, Luke Scott went deep not once but twice, Huff continued improving his trade value, Sherrill shut the door and … this happened . If the guy didn’t stink I’d consider naming the thing after him: Mora Pole. Actually, that sounds just dirty enough to stick. Mora Pole it is. [link]

... no one this season, particularly those in attendance at Camden Yards. The Orioles third basemen was able to impress everyone in Baltimore Friday night, including the opposing Tigers. Adam Loewen, First Baseman?

Per Roch , Adam Loewen is finished with being a pitcher. He'll try to re-invent himself as an OF/1B. This is totally crazy if you ask me, although I guess if he's never going to be able to pitch, he might as well try to change as quickly as possible. ...
