The trade would have involved Zach Randolph headed to the Grizzlies in exchange for Darko Milicic and Marko Jaric. The Grizzlies were also interested in obtaining additional pieces such as a draft pick and having the Knicks pay a deferred portion of Randolph's massive contract.
