... have started reporting this story as fact, so I think we can assume for now that it’s happening. The move could very well create a chain reaction in the coaching profession — Jamie Dixon, who turned down the Cal job, is liable to be far more interested in the Stanford position. If Dixon leaves Pittsburgh for the Cardinal, then we could very well see Xavier’s Sean Miller taking over at his alma mater. The biggest question in all of this — what must Mike Montgomery be thinking right now?
