Minnesota’s Absentee, Incompetent Owner Has Gall to Call Out Kevin Garnett
Kevin Garnett is perhaps the most passionate and conscientious player in the NBA. Glen Taylor is the person who has asked for a complete lack of accountability from his front office, who has never cared enough to question McHale or his ludicrous moves and who has never gone out and brought a real GM to town. Shame on Taylor. [link]

Throwing former players under the bus is dubious enough. Questioning KG's effort/integrity is just crazy.

This is ugly on so many levels; my take-away is that Mr. Taylor  represents a classic case of projection.

It's a gutless, classless move from an owner who has shown a propensity for both in his tim with the Wolves.

I'm really at a loss for words after this.  It's a complete disgrace.  I'm embarrassed of my team right now.  How messed up are we?

... come. You're not finding anyone questioning whether this is true. You're not finding anyone asking if, even though Taylor's comment was unnecessary given how both the franchise and Garnett have moved on, possibly this was true. Garnett's injury at the end of last year was rumored to not be serious enough to keep him out. And Garnett knew this was the end, my only friend, of him in Minnesota. So he exaggerated an injury to stay out, rest up, and do whatever it is Kevin Garnett does in his spare time. (I imagine it to be ...

Carter was a not-so-shabby 17-for-26 tonight (39 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists), as the Nets knocked off the Hawks, 125-117, in a contest that had considerable bearing on both clubs’ chase for the Eastern Conference’s final playoff spot.
