A good day’s worth of MLB action today. Here’s the link from MLB.com to the boxscores and a little bit of my opinion on them: Cubs 3, Pirates 2 Rich Hill finally gave the Cubs a good start and got some confidence back. Reed Johnson, with two hits and a RBI today, is starting to look like a great pick-up. Orioles 8, Yankees 2 Phil Hughes started off strong, but blew up in the sixth inning. Overall, a very bad hitting day for the Yankees as Daniel Cabrera had his way with them. A good day at the plate for Baltimore’s two to five hitters. Mets 6, Phillies ...
