Third time the charm? Lawyers for MLB owners and the MLB Players’ Association will meet in Arizona this week, in an effort to see if an agreement to MLB’s drug policy can be hammered out before the beginning of the season. That would mark the third time that the Joint Drug Agreement had been opened up as part of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Yest, you heard that right "Joint" and "Drug" [link]
