Everything was going to form in the 2008 draft lottery until the Bobcats showed up in the ninth spot, meaning the Bulls had jumped into the lottery. Then unfortunately Bango appeared in the next envelope, meaning the Bucks had not leaped into the top three and instead had dropped one slot from their expected position.
