Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina was taken to a local hospital to be checked for neck and back injuries after a collision at home plate in the ninth inning of Sunday's game, according to Cardinals officials.

    Absolutely huge crash at home . . . .  The only other player I've seen hit a catcher that hard would Shane Victorino.
