Multiyear Offer For Pettitte Not Crazy At All

Sure, he gives up more hits and the league batting average is up some compared to his salad days, but other than that his numbers look almost the same as they did when he was in his 20s.

    A two year contract for a 46 year old Moyer, now that's crazy! And I like the Phillies and Moyer, but the dude is 46 and to give him a contract that lasts until he's 48 is just silly!
