D-Backs notebook: Hudson likely out for season with injury
A collision with Braves catcher Brian McCann at second base on Saturday has likely ended Orlando Hudson’s season. Hudson hit McCann while attempting to catch an errant throw from Juan Cruz, then landed on the wrist on his way to the ground.

Kyle Odegard of The East Valley Tribune (click here for the article) is reporting that Orlando Hudson’s season may be over.  He had a collision at second base with Brian McCann and has “either fractured or dislocated” his wrist.  He may or may not need surgery, which could influence if he plays again this season.  How does trading Emilio Bonifacio look now?  Unlike Lee, Hudson is certainly replacable, perhaps by Bonifacio himself.  While he gives a god average, he only had 8 HR and 4 SB in 407 AB this season. ...
