... with the goalkeeper, attempting to score in five seconds or less. The above video shows such a shootout in the 1981 Soccer Bowl between the New York Cosmos and the Chicago Sting. This was one of many rules changes the NASL adopted which still makes purists shudder to this day, and while it might be more interesting than a penalty shootout, it's nowhere near as awesome as some of the mustaches in that video.
