New Nats outfielder Elijah Dukes is facing a new round of legal problems after another woman filed a domestic violence charge against him in Florida. Nats officials said they weren't aware of the latest charges, which stemmed from incidents that took place last month, before the Nats got Dukes from Tampa Bay. Dukes has been in a counseling program and participating in a workout program with Barry Larkin.
