The Associated Press reports that the star running back agreed to a restructured three-year deal Tuesday evening, with financial terms not disclosed. Tomlinson was set to earn $6,725,000 in 2009 as part of $24 million owed for the remaining three years of his 2004 contract, with $8.8. million counting against the cap due to a prorated signing bonus included in the prior deal.
