So I'm not trying to dog that at all; in fact, I'm a little surprised at the hypothetical way in which he threw out a recent post about how the NBA Finals were going to cost Las Vegas oddsmakers similarly to the way that the Super Bowl did -- a monster $2.6 million hit. First of all, the Super Bowl had an enormously high line. High for any football game, but especially high for the freaking championship. Also, not making the Patriots -- who hadn't beaten anyone really soundly since they thumped Buffalo on national television -- smaller favorites ...
