“Chris Paul Does What He Wants And The Ladies Love It!”

Bloggers Unite for LBJ
Sports Network: cleveland.com — Check out the latest MVP/ROY blogger ratings over at A Stern Warning. Our very own LBJ ranks number one with Jeff Sack neatly summing up the adoration: Could we all just declare right now before February comes to a close, that Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star forward LeBron James can be named this season's MVP? I am not advocating pushing up the start of the NBA Playoffs, or suspending the playoff chase. However, as well as Chris Paul, Kobe Bryant, Dwight Howard, and D-Wade have played this season "The Chosen One" has already clinched the award in this longtime NBA ...

Blogger MVP/ROY rankings (post all-star break)
The Dream Shake — Here are your Blogger MVP/ROY rankings... the all-star break killed a lot of the momentum for some of these guys.  And a bunch of others got injured.  Alas, there are no Rockets in the top 10 this week.  The only Rockets to get any votes were (a) Yao Ming, and (b) Tracy McGrady's MRI results. You can find the results here... Yeah, that's a healthy knee... what T-Mac's will hopefully look like in 6 months.

Today's Poll - How Good is Tony Parker?
Blazersedge — ... Looking over my latest blogger MVP ballot, I think my biggest snub was Parker.  And it wasn't just me: he didn't place in the top 10 and wasn't even included in the "others receiving votes" category.  Sure, he is doomed to being judged primarily in relation to Duncan's shadow (rightly or wrongly) but he's the best point guard on the top 4 teams and he's having a solid season. ...

Lakers React To Marbury
RedsArmy.com - The Voice Of Celtics Fans — ... Lamar Odom and Derek Fisher were asked by the LA Times about the impending Marbury signing.  I was hoping they would rip their jerseys off and cry “IT’S NOT FAIR… IT’S NOT FAIR!!!”… but they pretty much gave canned answers. Also out there:  The latest round of blogger MVP/ROY rankings are out.  And Hardwood Houdini sings Rondo’s praises. ...

Painted Area's 2008-09 NBA MVP: LeBron James
thepaintedarea.blogspot.com 4/15/2009 — Last year, our MVP pick of Kevin Garnett required a fair amount of explanation, as we leaned heavily on a subjective rationale which focused in no small part on how much KG meant to Boston's transformation into a defensive juggernaut. This year, scarcely little argument is necessary: LeBron ...
