NBC has decided to use the NHL as a toilet broadcast "partner" for two more seasons.
EN Says: You know our feelings on NBC. Its NHL broadcasts are done cheaply and it shows. They do their intermission show in a closet anytime a game is held at Mellon Arena for heaven's sake.
Combine that with how the peacock put its foot down when it came to viewing parties at Mellon Arena and Joe Louis Arena, this is bad news for anyone who is a hockey fan. ...
