Thanks to the the HLoG for this post which talks about the couple of beyond minor rule tweaks that the NHL will be implementing this season. They amount to more leeway to call penalty shots (Good) and limiting the places on the ice where a faceoff can occur. Pardon me while I watch the paint on my office walls peel.
