Stanford hasn’t been to a Bowl game since 2001. The two coaching hires after Ty Willingham were disasters. Harbaugh guided Stanford to a 4-8 record in 2007, then 5-7 in 2008, and the schedule this season has the Cardinal faithful thinking 7-8 wins. They’re finally getting a modicum of respect.
