The sign ostensibly erected outside the Kansas City Chiefs locker room for a certain running back Larry Johnson has its roots in other clubhouses, according to coach Todd Haley. It was the idea of recently promoted wide receivers coach Richie Anderson to put up a team-first sign in the wake of the controversy surrounding the team. Johnson was suspended for two weeks but docked just one week of pay after his Twitter attack of Haley and his use of a homophobic slur when referring to reporters.
