TedA I think if you look closely at his credentials you'll see that alexander is more than qualified to take the job. No, he does not have experience as a head coach, but he has been the man right under marvin lewis for the past few years and knows what he's doing. Also, if you take a deeper look at his past, he has coached under legendary college men such as Bo Schembechler and Joe Paterno and has probably taken a page out of their books. Alexander specializes in the offensive line and that is what we really need help on at Cuse. I mean, he made guys like Bobby Williams and Levi Jones into all stars at Cinci. If the Bengals have kept him for 15 years he must be doing something right that can't be replaced.

... catch it. Too many drops. They’re under-performing in every area. Former first round pick at cornerback (Leon Hall) gets beat repeatedly. Defensively, I thought there was great effort out there, but nothing consistent. Obviously, this is a Ravens offense with a rookie quarterback that looked better against this defense than they had in Week 1. Other than that, they were all right.”
