ProFootballTalk.com — With a touchdown run from tailback Brian Westbrook and a punt return for another score by rookie DeSean Jackson, the Eagles lead the 3-1 Redskins early, 14-0. Westbrook accounted for 39 yards in Philly’s scoring drive.  Jackson went 68 yards for his score. A flag was throw during Jackson’s return, but after a conference led by ref Gene “Coin Drop” Steratore, the penalty wasn’t called.  Replays suggest that the penalty should have been called.
