To keep you occupied: The Goose’s Roost has a solid breakdown of the Turner Gill/Auburn non-hiring, Sir Charles’s take, and a vid from tWWL from Outside the Lines on this subject. While I’d hate to see him go, as the city is catching on to just how good a coach he is for UB, I’m appalled at the reason that’s being mentioned for why Auburn passed (he’s married to a Caucasian woman). Thought Americans were getting past that. By the way, Gill just signed an extension to stay on with UB through 2013.
