Nick Saban Remembers Kent State Shootings Links4
Sunday was the 38th anniversary of the Kent State shootings, where National Guardsmen opened fire on protesters & killed four students. And Nick Saban was on campus the day of the shootings, as the current Alabama coach was a defensive end for the Golden Flashes' team. Seems strange that someone who experienced such a tragic event would later compare a football loss to 9/11 & World War II. [link]
