No way José : the Spanish perspective
Well, well. There certainly has been some conjecture over our article yesterday on José Calderón's opinion that there was some inaccuracies in the way the Gold Medal match between USA and Spain was officiated. A Spanish reader has provided some video evidence on where he thinks the problems lie.

What they should have done is used this bad officiating to their advantage.  Growing up on NBA ball, I am so desensitized to travelling calls, I'm actually shock when they call one.  What's the old adage..."if you can't beat them, then join them." Instead of waiting until the very end of the game to mock the refs.  Shoot, I would have been taking four steps from the top of the key to finish my layin, maybe throw in an up and down at the end for good measure.  Jose, if you want to see bad officiating that cost a game, let me suggest, watching the superbowl between the Seattle and Pittsburgh.  And then come holla at me about bad officiating, otherwise suck it up.  and wasn't he injured for this game, easy to offer up opinions when you are riding the bench.
