A dazzling poster schedule from North Carolina, which appears to be on the upswing despite a 4-8 record in Butch Davis' first season as coach. I know that this post is going to make people shake their heads, or maybe not, but I just love seeing the posters come out for the upcoming season, and while I was surfing one of the best blogs for college football, The Wizards of Odds, I saw that he had North Carolina's. Knowing full well that this will sound a little (or a lot) bias I will still say it: "The Carolina poster looks very sharp and well done". Heck, should I say that if the team plays as well as the poster looks we should be headed for a bowl game for sure! ...

Just for some perspective on that, my personal best while running cross country at UNC Greensboro 15 years ago was 27:40 for 8000 meters.
